Job Title SALES EXECUTIVE
Report to Manager Sales & Marketing
Role Purpose To approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business and is also responsible for making repeat sales from existing customers, Customer satisfaction and timely collection.
Duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for overall Sales activities in the assigned customer relationship management.
• Relationship management, to build up and maintain the image of Arabian packaging
• Negotiate and finalise key account deals
• Timely processing of Samples as per customer requirements
• Handling and closing customer complaints.
• Identify competitor activities ,conduct frequent competitor analysis and present to the management
• Working out price/costing, keeping in mind competition and market
• To ensure the customer account profitability is achieved at all times.
• Business Development in current territory and customer acquisition
• Achieve Tonnage targets
• Liaise with sales coordinators(CLO’s) for order priority and delivery
• To ensure the outstanding collection target is achieved as per laid out norms
• Follow-up on payments from customer
• Graduate / Post graduate in sales and marketing
• At least 5 yrs in sales preferably – sales to customers in food, beverage, other FMCG and consumer goods manufacturing/trading industries
• Sales, Marketing, Negotiation and presentation
• Any ERP
• Very Good English communication skills
